new hobby

I was recently inspired to try my hand at making jewelry, particularly earrings. I went to the bead store near my place the first weekend of January, and have been back three times now! It's really addicting. The bead store, Fusion Beads, is awesome, because they have a ton of supplies in the store, plus a great website with even more and with free shipping for anything within the US, and lots of project ideas including instructions and a list of exactly what you need to make it.  I have made 5 pairs of earrings so far. This could get expensive if I'm not careful! It's so much fun!
Here are a couple of the pairs I made this weekend. The pictures didn't turn out so great because I had to use my flash. Maybe I'll redo the photos in the daylight so they are easier to see.
