- Mom & Dad's visit and going to San Juan Island with them and Amy
- playing pitch 'n' putt golf with friends
- drinking coffee or beer with friends, and the good conversation that goes along with it
- Dead Sea Scrolls lecture
- enjoying sunny days at Green Lake
- going back to the G&D to watch soccer after about a year's absence (and still being recognized by the guy at the door), and watching a good game
- 1 hour full body massage
- Lost season 3 started, and the return of Wednesday nights with friends
- playing bocce ball with friends
- sweet kids at work (and their sweet parents)
- good movies
- receiving thoughtful guidance
- hugs
- going out of my box
- just being happy
